Description
North Carolina vs. 'Confidential Client' - Attorney Patrick Roberts, represented a client who was under investigation for a sexual offense. A woman he had met at a bar had accused him of rape. Mr. Roberts, also recognized as a rape defense lawyer, proceeded with his own rigorous investigation. He successfully demonstrated to the detective that these accusations were baseless. Consequently, our client was not charged with any offense.
