North Carolina vs. 'Confidential Client' - Attorney Patrick Roberts defended clients accused of child abuse, alleged due to brain bleeding in their newborn. The assumption was they induced shaken baby syndrome. Child Protective Services also launched an inquiry. Mr. Roberts, a skilled murder/violence attorney and homicide defense attorney, revealed that a medical condition rather than abuse caused the brain bleeding. As a result, the prosecution did not file charges and Child Protective Services concluded their investigation.
